KADEWERE TO LAUNCH DIGITAL BUSINESS MAGAZINE
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
Monday, 12 October, 2020
Thoko Kadewere, will be launching a digital magazine on Saturday 31 October 2020. The magazine, titled Elysian, is a result of a partnership with Zonse Media which is one of
Malawi’s leading digital media houses.
According to Kadewere, Elysian is a multi-platform digital magazine that aims to provide versatile business education to whom it is the least accessible and the most desirable. Formed to combat the issue of highly priced, inaccessible business education, the magazine is looking to make information pertaining to business easy to digest, easy to access and easy to share.
“It is no secret that getting formal education is very expensive. That people aren’t pursuing further education doesn’t mean they don’t want it; most times it is because they can’t afford it or they simply don’t have time for it. Our goal is to remove the snooze button on growth by providing a solution to those presented with these problems.”
Zonse Media representative and Head of Marketing for Elysian, Precious Kulaisi, said “As a business operating in the digital space we are very much aware of the impact that technology has on the growth of individuals and brands, and more so on education. There is no better time than now to move what has been traditionally physical to the digital space. Through our partnership with Elysian, we will aid in creating a bridge and filling in gaps where vital information was lacking. It is even more fulfilling for us as an entertainment company as we get to show that we don’t have to move out of our comfort zone to make a change in the world.”
To celebrate the launch of Elysian, a business seminar which has been dubbed “Get Business Smart” will be held at The Hub in Namiwawa (Dzuka Africa premises) on Saturday 24 th October 2020. It is being organized to start the conversation on business in preparation for the magazine and will cover topics such as Starting Your Creative Enterprise, How to Monetize Your Creativity and How to Grow and Sustain your Business.
The pre-launch event is free and open to the public upon registration via WhatsApp. It is expected to run from 2:30 PM to 5 PM. Individuals who are interested in attending the
seminar can register via WhatsApp on this number +265 888 661 088. Furthermore, companies, brands and individuals who are looking to partner with the magazine are also
encouraged to reach out on the same line.
Elysian will be available for free download on the 31st of October on the Thoko Kadewere website which will be unveiled on the same day. It is founded by Thoko Kadewere, a Creative Professional whose professional involvement and services in the Media and Arts Industries spans a career of over seven years and covers a wide range of skills from writing, public relations, events consultancy, organization and management, voice over artistry and radio/television presentation.
